I ordered several products and entered my current address in order to calculate shipping. Once my order was placed, I saw that my old address from 2 years ago had been substituted in the order. I immediately emailed support - 2 weeks later, no response & items shipped to old address. Since they have no current working phone number, I emailed again. No response after a couple of days. I resorted to using the online chat box. After 1/2 hour, they were finally able to issue a new order - but again to the wrong address. After a good deal more time, they finally corrected the shipping address. Horrible that there is no phone number or email support!
