So Alphalete never placed my order. A week and a half passed, and only then did they place it. A week and a half of business days so 2 weeks total.
Then I was told I would receive it in 3 days, but it ended up taking 5. When it finally arrived, the order was incomplete. After that, I was told the missing item was out of stock.
How can one company mess up this many times? It’s honestly baffling how bad the service has been.
Especially all the useless apologies. Do something about it. Don’t just apologize.
As a business owner who used to refer many clients to buy from you, this experience has been so bad that I will no longer purchase from your company again. Neither will I refer clients or family members.
And I don't care about a sorry little 15% discount.
The team should get some training on how to handle these situations better than sorrys and 15% discounts asking the customer to buy again. Why would they buy again after such a terrible experience? So sad to see a brand fail so bad after years of supporting it.
