I’m giving 5 stars because on how everything was handled. I originally ordered my wear on Jan 20, 2026 however my package was never delivered to my house! I put a claim in with USPS and with Alphalete that my order wasn’t delivered to the correct house and I still wanted the pants I ordered. USPS never responded! However Alphalete gave options and was able to replace the missing pair of pants in a reasonable amount of time.
I heard about Alphalete through my daughter-in-law who requested a top from there for Christmas. The top came and it was literally child-sized (was supposed to be a womens size small). I had to pay an extra fee to have the option to even do returns. I shipped it back to exchange for a larger size and Alphalete held the return for 3 weeks (I know this because I received an email telling me when they received it). Today I received an email (after Alphalete had the return in their possession for 3 weeks) that said the shirt was returned dirty and they are not going to send an exchange, instead they will ship back the "child-sized" shirt to me. My daughter-in-law tried this top on and we bagged it up to send; it's much more likely that it was soiled while in Alphalete's possession. TERRIBLE customer service. Order from Lulu Lemon or Athleta for quality, correctly sized garments and great customer service.
The fabric quality is impressive, yet the sizing varies significantly, causing 75% of my items to fit poorly. I wish returning them was an option, but it seems that's not possible. This has been quite disappointing.
