Very frustrating delivery experience. The service is completely unreliable. They missed the scheduled delivery time and took two hours to inform me that they wouldn't come at all, without offering any alternatives. I had to cancel my order and now I must wait several days for a refund before I can purchase what I need elsewhere. This service seems to cater only to those with nothing else to do but wait for groceries. Completely unacceptable. I will not use it again and recommend others to steer clear.
