The service at the local store was unacceptable. I purchased two loaves of bread and asked for them to be sliced, but the employee refused, claiming it wasn't possible. When I pointed out that it had always been an option, she simply shrugged and walked away. I am unlikely to return.

I visited the local store recently and ordered a dish, but the portion I received was minimal, consisting of two very small pieces of meat with excessive onions. It seems there should be oversight to ensure customers receive good value for their money. Given the high price of the dish, the value was definitely lacking.
Very frustrating delivery experience. The service is completely unreliable. They missed the scheduled delivery time and took two hours to inform me that they wouldn't come at all, without offering any alternatives. I had to cancel my order and now I must wait several days for a refund before I can purchase what I need elsewhere. This service seems to cater only to those with nothing else to do but wait for groceries. Completely unacceptable. I will not use it again and recommend others to steer clear.
They are selling products that are moldy and take no responsibility for withdrawing hazardous items from sale. It's unfortunate. UPDATE: They finally agreed to refund the spoiled product, but kept all the moldy items on the shelves.
