I applied for a mortgage with Tom Prichard in December and now two days before closing finally the mortgage is in underwriting not approved and they have a man as the co signer and not me a female! The whole process has been a nightmare from the get go !! Lynn Stever has tried to cross boundaries that my lawyer was very concerned about!I am canceling my application and going to a reputable bank !! Lesson learned
