They informed me that the design was completed three days prior but hadn’t communicated that to me. It took two weeks for the item to be shipped, and I received a blanket with a Halloween background instead of the floral one I selected. They had mentioned that once I approved, the system would "automatically lock in what you chose." I never actually saw the background I allegedly picked, and now there's no time for them to correct the mistake.
