The table of contents is misaligned, text overlaps with images, and many words don't match up. I've pointed out numerous mistakes, but they still remain unaddressed. This is not a professional service; it's a waste of time and money. I paid them, yet I’m left to fix and format my own book myself! What was the point of hiring them when they can’t complete basic tasks? Be cautious—this is not a reliable publishing company.
This is a complete scam! We partnered with them in mid-summer 2022 and were promised exclusive service listings in their magazine. Initially, everything seemed fine until I received a call from their sales team trying to sell us a spot that we already had. I had to remind them of our existing agreement, which raised serious concerns. After contacting their main office, I spoke to a representative who apologized and reassured us that they would provide us with updated articles. However, nothing ever arrived. When I followed up, I was told that updates didn’t apply to our neighborhoods. It’s unacceptable to send the same magazine repeatedly with no changes. I never received any follow-up calls, and this has been a total waste of time and money, as they clearly take advantage of small businesses.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. After a year and multiple attempts at editing, they failed to deliver a flawless copy. The books promised to me have yet to arrive after 51 days. I'm still waiting. They even sent an email stating there’s no budget for marketing, despite my plan including it. This has been a terrible and frustrating experience.
