I have had 2 campaigns with Members Media. The 1st is still running, I paid $900. It’s getting 100 streams a day at the moment, will get to the target in 2 years I expect, mostly in Indonesia.

The second campaign cost $760 as it was Black Friday. It’s been getting a max of 15 streams a day, usually around 6 streams a day. Estimated for the campaign to last about 15 years…

I’ve asked to cancel the campaign, and get a refund 3 times, each time I get a response fobbing me off, telling me the campaign is still being pitched and blah blah blah, but I’m not getting a refund yet.

don’t use them. You might be lucky and get on a good set of playlists, but it not likely

Disappointing experience with the service

I engaged with a starter campaign from the company on December 1, 2025. The campaign lingered in the 'pitching' phase for around 17 days, which seemed excessively long considering their claims that this process usually takes about 3 business days. After inquiring about the delay, I was informed they would consult with their team and get back to me. I then waited another 12 days without any communication. When I followed up again on January 1, they responded four days later with a vague message stating they would check with the team again. No further updates were provided. On January 12, 2026, after almost a month and a half without any service, I notified them that I would dispute the transaction with my credit card provider -- it's now January 16th and still no reply. At this point, I feel completely deceived. I'm genuinely perplexed as to how this service has garnered higher ratings. Perhaps they once provided a legitimate service but have since faltered—I really can't say. What I do know is that I would highly advise others to steer clear of this platform.

Lack of responsiveness from customer service.

Customer service has been unresponsive. I placed an order for a holiday song promotion over two weeks ago, but my track was added to an unrelated playlist that didn't generate many streams. After I raised my concerns via email, a representative assured me that they would address the issue within a week and discuss a refund if necessary. However, a week has passed, and I still haven't received any response despite sending multiple emails. I'm unsure how to resolve this order. I'm frustrated with the service, especially with Christmas approaching and limited time to promote my song elsewhere. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Terrible experience overall

I'm baffled by the positive reviews when my experience has been so negative. I paid for two separate campaigns for different songs, but the first one vanished from my account, and the second one hasn't produced any results yet, though at least it's visible. My credit card was charged for both. I received some approval emails, but they all came well past the promised 8 days advertised. The last email told me to wait another 10 days for playlist placements, which is absurd since it's been a month already. I've seen no results for either order. After reaching out for an update about a week ago, I received a reply late and it didn't address my concerns at all. I feel like I'm dealing with a scam or someone pretending to run a legitimate company. I want a refund for both orders, but there's no way to contact them directly. Given the lack of customer service and no results for nearly $800 spent, I will be seeking help from another service and have filed a dispute with my credit card. I'm trying to warn others about this experience as much as possible.

Unresponsive support team

The customer service has been unresponsive. I placed an order for playlist promotion over two weeks ago for a Christmas song. Initially, they added my song to an unrelated playlist, which didn't generate many streams. After I emailed to express my concerns, I was told to wait a week for improvements, or we would discuss a refund. That week has passed, and despite multiple emails, I haven't received any response. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue, and I'm running out of time to promote my song before Christmas. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Unmatched service quality

I've used several promotional services in the past, including this one, and they are by far the best. Finding my niche audience has been challenging with other services due to genre mismatches. This team thought creatively and sought culturally relevant placements, leading to great results and organic growth. Other services haven’t even bothered to access my information properly.
