When I call their customer service number, it just rings, and I can only leave a message. The automated assistant on their website isn't functioning at all, and the site provides no shipping details or order status. My experience suggests that their customer service is severely lacking. I may eventually receive my cart and enjoy it, but they really need to improve their communication.
