My main issue is with the customer service, which is extremely poor. I attempted to call the number listed on the site but never received an answer. My emails took ages to get a response, and it was only after involving a third party that they finally replied. I ordered a cart with a sidekick but only received the cart, which I had to pick up from a shipping location, and the sidekick was never delivered. After several emails, they eventually issued a $15 refund. I made my order on Black Friday, which had a fantastic deal. However, when I requested the Black Friday price for the cart, they stopped responding. The Black Friday deal was $1097 for the cart alone, but the refund for the sidekick left me with a total that exceeds the current price of $1379 they are offering. All I wanted was the Black Friday price, and after a month, their only suggestion was to return the item. Be cautious if you decide to order from them; you might end up with a used product! Terrible service!

I bought a cart with a companion item during their major sale. Ten days later, I still have no shipping updates. When I call their customer service number, it just rings, and I can only leave a message. The automated assistant on their website isn't functioning at all, and the site provides no shipping details or order status. My experience suggests that their customer service is severely lacking. I may eventually receive my cart and enjoy it, but they really need to improve their communication.
I've owned a cart for the past two years and upgraded from the previous model. The upgrade was a fantastic change. It effectively transforms the old model into a new one. I can't really distinguish between the two (I play a lot of golf). Returning to the upgraded model, I had been using another brand's cart, which I believed was the best on the market. On a whim, I decided to buy a new cart during the major sale, and it exceeded my expectations. The images don’t do it justice. I used it for the first time today, and the improved maneuverability is significant. It functions as intended, turning effortlessly. The construction is sturdier and more appealing than the pictures suggest. The price is very reasonable. If you haven't yet purchased this cart, I highly recommend it.
I bought a golf cart at a discounted price during a presale, eagerly anticipating its arrival in about two months. Just before shipping, I received an email stating that my wait would now extend by nearly another two months. While customer service was polite and apologetic, I found this delay unacceptable. I requested some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused by this prolonged wait, but only a modest warranty extension was offered. I chose to cancel my order. This company continues to promote discounts for presales, so proceed with caution!
