I didn't love the fit and feel of the product. I attempted to return and was notified only exchange or store credit. I had been emailing with customer service prior to ordering and was not informed that no refunds. There was nothing in the ordering process that said this either. I would not have purchased the product had I known this. I like to support small businesses but this no return policy is absurd and bad business!
