This company is committing a number of crimes. I had just sent an email back to them to give them a little heads up about their illegal business practices. Reading all the 1 star reviews I now realize I should not be kind. For all of those who were victimized by Alpha Tech apparel, I strongly encourage you to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Tell your story. It only takes a handful of complaints for the them to look in to it. There are states that require the company to issue a full refund due to the Consumer Protection Act. Them charging you for the return and restocking fee and issuing store credit instead of a full refund is illegal in many states. If you have purchased from this company and they did this to you or even didn't refund you through their "store credit" please have a charge back issued on your credit cards and file them as fraud. If you used debit, file fraudulent purchase and have the bank issue the refund. If our government even thinks they will make a dollar by investigating this company, they will go ahead and do it. If there was 1 thing I know for certain about our government, they LOVE issuing multi million dollar fines to companies who break the law. Bankrupt these guys 😏

No response from the company despite multiple attempts!

I reached out to the company twice with no reply! The coat I received on December 4th was already damaged after just one wear, with a pocket that was completely torn. For nearly $200, I anticipated much better quality and durability. This makes the item unusable, and I am extremely disappointed. I requested a replacement or a refund, but received no assistance. Be cautious!!!! Avoid purchasing!!!!

Terrible quality and service!

I contacted the company twice without any response! The coat I received on December 4th was already damaged after the first wear, with a completely torn pocket. For a coat priced at nearly $200, I expected much better quality and durability. This issue renders the item unusable, and I am very disappointed. I requested a replacement or a refund, but received no help. Beware!!!! Don't fall for it!!!!

Received the wrong color hoodie

They sent the incorrect color hoodie and haven't replied to any of my emails about exchanging it for their clear mistake. How do you mix Arctic Blue with Brown? Avoid this company at all costs.

Still not shipped after 9 days.

I ordered a hoodie on 11/17 and today is the 26th. It still hasn't shipped. I was told they only have two people working in shipping and that UPS is also to blame for being slow to scan packages. It's been 9 days, and it hasn't even left their facility.

Ordered early for Christmas...

I ordered this item early as a Christmas present for my son. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the return policy was only 30 days. The size was too big, so I thought I could at least exchange it for a smaller size, but they won't allow that. I understand the return policy, but not allowing an exchange makes no sense to me. They still get their money. Very disappointing. Looks like I’ll need to sell this myself to afford a smaller jacket for my son.

Check their return policy before placing an order. Don't make the same mistake I did. They only offer in-store credit, which is ridiculous. Additionally, their shipping takes an eternity. The quality is lacking. Products are significantly overpriced.

Fell apart after minimal use - only worn 10 times

I love the product. However, I received it in February 2024 and have worn it maybe 10 times, and I recently noticed a small tear in the front of the hoodie. I contacted the support team, and they offered a 30% discount since it’s over a year old (even though this is a snowboard jacket worn only during winter). So, the price of the hoodie is only worth a year of use? This is unfortunate because I love supporting small businesses and enjoy the product. But now, I will no longer order from this company.

Regret not reading their policies thoroughly...

I regret not thoroughly reading their refund policy and reviews before ordering a jacket as a Christmas gift for my daughter. As others mentioned, the order was late and the 'small' jacket was massive. My daughter kept the original packaging. They accepted our return, but now we have a 'gift card' for their store, which is useless to us. I DO NOT recommend this company.
