AlphaVPS — Total Scam and Customer Nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a VPS on Jan 26, 2026, paid for a full month, but from day one I couldn't use the server — ALL PORTS BLOCKED/FILTERED on their end. Support just brushed it off: "We don't block any ports, check your local firewall." I'm no newbie (regularly use OpenWrt, Ubuntu VPS), server stats are empty, netstat shows nothing — the server was DEAD. They refused refund: "Out of our refund policy."Worse:They ILLEGALLY charged my card on Feb 23 BEFORE my prepaid period ended! I NEVER CONSENTED** to saving card details or auto-debits! I canceled on Feb 24, but they'd already stolen my money. Support stonewalled until I escalated — only then refunded.They break every basic rule:- Block ports, making VPS completely useless- Auto-charge without consent- Ignore tickets with lame excuses- Refund only under extreme pressureDO NOT TRUST AlphaVPS! Go for reliable providers like Fornex or Hetzner. You'll lose time, nerves, and money. 1 star — way too generous! 😡
