AlphaVPS — Total Scam and Customer Nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I ordered a VPS on Jan 26, 2026, paid for a full month, but from day one I couldn't use the server — ALL PORTS BLOCKED/FILTERED on their end. Support just brushed it off: "We don't block any ports, check your local firewall." I'm no newbie (regularly use OpenWrt, Ubuntu VPS), server stats are empty, netstat shows nothing — the server was DEAD. They refused refund: "Out of our refund policy."
Worse:They ILLEGALLY charged my card on Feb 23 BEFORE my prepaid period ended! I NEVER CONSENTED** to saving card details or auto-debits! I canceled on Feb 24, but they'd already stolen my money. Support stonewalled until I escalated — only then refunded.
They break every basic rule:
- Block ports, making VPS completely useless
- Auto-charge without consent
- Ignore tickets with lame excuses
- Refund only under extreme pressure
DO NOT TRUST AlphaVPS! Go for reliable providers like Fornex or Hetzner. You'll lose time, nerves, and money. 1 star — way too generous! 😡

I think the support is excellent. I had an issue with IPv6 and they did not hesitate to switch to a better server. Every time I asked for support they have helped me a lot. It is not like "You are on your own", even if the problem is not solvable they try the best to help you with other workaround. And the prices are very affordable.
The folks at AlphaVPS are killing it. Very affordable, powerful VPS with good geography options, and top-of-the-game support that has always left me happy to keep spending my money with them. You can tell it's a labor of love, and I love that about them. Keep it up!
I bought a VPS for 1 month by cryptocurrency and they constantly asked for my verification details and even though I completed all the fields they were continuously saying you are using a VPN and we will ban your account. I told them to refund my money they say that as written in ToS it is not possible so they suspend my service without even giving back the money. They don't verify before payments and they let you get the service, afterwards they start asking for your KYC otherwise they will suspend it.
