One star is actually being really generous. I have recently traded my car in with a great garage. I paid off my old finance with Alphera and took out new finance with Alphera. I have now received a letter advising I am in arrears with my old car that I no longer have. I then called their contact centre and waited for 52 min to be cut off. I then called back and waited a further 32 mins to get through to a mobile answering machine. To say I am angry is putting it politely. Avoid this company at all costs. And i cannot wait for them to take me to court considering I am a Senior Collections Manager and know the industry pretty well and I have not defaulted on any payments. This company just cannot get their paper work correct or their general obligation to a customer. Do us a favour and get your paperwork correct before sending threatening letters. I might just not try and call again and see you in court.
