However, for business purposes, like many others with a hectic schedule, settling the car agreement becomes nearly impossible due to limited office hours for making payments. Additionally, the service does not allow online payments, which forces customers to call at inconvenient times. My recent experience involved waiting 15 minutes just to reach customer support for the final payment. Quite frustrating! Why not provide customers with the option to pay online?

The service I received was absolutely fantastic. Every step of the process was simplified, and I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency displayed. All my options were thoroughly explained, and I will definitely use this service again in the future.
We returned our car over seven years ago, and before doing so, we were told that all final payments needed to be made. We were assured there wouldn’t be any additional payments. Now, we receive letters every six months claiming we owe a significant amount. My husband is dealing with health issues, and it’s incredibly stressful. Any outstanding payments should have been covered by the car's sale. When he tried to discuss this, they asked for bank details from seven years ago. This company is not to be recommended!
This company has been unresponsive for ten months regarding my complaint. After a partial reimbursement due to mis-selling, they refused to take responsibility, despite the financial ombudsman confirming their error. They will keep you waiting indefinitely, making it hard to get a timely response.
