Terrible website that fails to do the most basic thing - provide a quote on an early repayment amount correctly. It gives the impression that the quote is going to be shown on the page, but actually it would send you an email in a couple of days. and mine got lost too. When payments are made against a quote, they do not have a system, to track against which quote the payment was made. Thereby making it painful to request multiple quotes and to make a partial early repayment against a specific one. This faulty system, also leads to bad communication to customers and then causes further confusion as their mailing systems are triggered automatically too, so there goes another miscommunication story. The employees I have spoken to genuinely wants to make things better but they are either staffed insufficiently in their capabilities that deal with financial adjustments, whether IT is the constraint or not, I cannot pinpoint but certainly seems like they really could do with better infrastructure.
