I too ordered the heart bike lights. Order placed on April 24, 2025. Today is August 24, 2025 — exactly four months later. Still no bike lights. Order #5824438. Numerous emails and their only response is the same original confirmation showing that the “Shipment is on its way”. Sure it is. Just like all the others complaining on here that this is a total SCAM. I have respectively requested a refund. No reply.
