SCAM. I ordered two products in August 2024, never received anything; at first the company claimed to have sent the products, but they never produced any tracking number and eventually stopped replying. They have stolen $59.94 USD from me.
I have received a marketing email from pedalthemetal.com which seems like the same company - same product, same location, same site format. Based on quick google seacrch such company does not exist. Correct me if I am wrong.
I will happily correct my review if the company gets back to me and returns me my money.
I have yet to receive my order placed on the 28th of January 2025 (it is now the end of September 2025). I have repeatedly reached out to Alpine Extreme via all of the avenues provided on their website, have sent multiple emails which included images of my order confirmation, and have gotten no response whatsoever. This place is a scam. Don't order from them.

Similar to other reviews here, ordered the heart bike lights. 6 weeks later and no delivery. Two follow up emails with an auto reply. I have a tracking number via Shop which says it is still waiting details and mentions China Post. For a company based in Montana, why would that be the case? Seems sadly, this was a scam, very disappointing.
Same as the others. Ordered 2 heart bike lights over a month ago. I have emailed asking about my order and I receive the automated reply. The responses to other trustpilot messages also seem very suspicious as they don’t respond to emails but they do respond to being called out and acting very sincere… this seems like a ploy to get people to believe their scam, which I’ll admit is scandalous but smart. If I receive my items I will take this review down but if you see it here in a month from now it means they are 100% a scam.
Ordered 31 May heart lights x 2 - received dispatched email 4 June. Emailed 16 June to gearup@ got 24 - 48 response auto reply. Received no reply in 24 - 48 hours. Sent email again on the 19th. Nadda. Emailed again 23rd. Still not received order #5814756. Looking more like a scam to me. Still no response to emails and not received what I purchased as at 30 June 2025. Messaged on FB nothing. Messaged on Instagram- doesn't accept messages. Asked on images. Nothing. All images have no comments visible - on Instagram and FB. Requested refund 30 June within their refund terms. No response
Ordered bike lights. Got a shipped email but they never arrived. Didn't get a tracking number at the time so I had no idea how long they could possibly take to get to me.Next thing I know I recall I purchased them and it was 3 months later, but never got them. Never got a confirmation that they delivered. My bad for buying something off Facebook. Was offered a discount code, can we say baiting, and not replacement of my order. Sketchy for sure. Protect yourself.
Yep i got scammed too. Ordered two heart lights. Paid. Never recieved goods. Enquired after a while was assured they were posted... but recieved no tracking or postal information... not happy.In response to their reply. I did email them and made contact to ask about the parcel and tracking etc.. they acknowledged my email in December last year and said that they re sent the parcel. However I never recieved any emails about tracking or postal process at all and now they claim because its past 60 days they dont have any responsibility to this. As you can read on other comments from other victims of this company. It's the same scenario. Their version of a resolution is that its no longer their problem. Granted time has passed but I'm a busy single mum and I forgot until the other day when I was fixing my bike. I never recieved any tracking or postal information.. I've checked my spam and all email. their argument is lazy.
Suspect this is a scam. Avoid! Ordered 2x heart shaped tail lights almost a month ago. Order #5814762 was confirmed on purchase and then absolutely no contact or information received since. Have tried to contact them by email twice since seeking an update and just receive an auto reply saying they will be in contact within 24-48 hours… yet no contact received.
