Yep i got scammed too. Ordered two heart lights. Paid. Never recieved goods. Enquired after a while was assured they were posted... but recieved no tracking or postal information... not happy.In response to their reply. I did email them and made contact to ask about the parcel and tracking etc.. they acknowledged my email in December last year and said that they re sent the parcel. However I never recieved any emails about tracking or postal process at all and now they claim because its past 60 days they dont have any responsibility to this. As you can read on other comments from other victims of this company. It's the same scenario. Their version of a resolution is that its no longer their problem. Granted time has passed but I'm a busy single mum and I forgot until the other day when I was fixing my bike. I never recieved any tracking or postal information.. I've checked my spam and all email. their argument is lazy.
