On January 30, 2026, at 4:45 AM, I was dropped off at a parking lot outside Aime La Plagne station in -5°C weather and essentially left stranded. The van driver offered no explanation, and I waited 45 minutes without updates. "Luckily" I was with no kids. I eventually had to contact support myself to find out the bus was delayed, only to later discover it had arrived at a different lot 300m away. The logistics were poorly managed, and the support team's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service. However, I arrived in time at Geneva Airport for my flight (+1 star for the bus driver)
