Simply put, ask for Sonia when making your reservation. She is awesome. She made pick up a breeze and was so friendly and fun. She made the long trip to Val Thorens seem effortless and easy. She knew the short cuts, where a rest stop was for a quick toilette break, and even where we could stop for a little food & refreshments. Sonia is the best.
My flights were cancelled due to a snowstorm, and I was desperate to rebook a bus to catch my new flight. Even though the bus I needed was sold out, Denis and Guilherme went above and beyond to find two seats for me and my daughter. Incredible customer service when I needed it most!
We got a taxi from Geneva to Morzine.
Last minute taxi as we were let down by Jamtransfers.
My 4 year old had the school bear to take on holiday but We left our precious teddy bear in the taxi! He was devastated
We messaged Alpinefleet and they got straight back in touch and have gone through so much effort to entertain my boy and keep the teddy safe. Sent him on travels around Europe before getting him back to us in morzine 3 days later at no cost!

Our return journey with Dino. From Avoriaz to Geneva Airport. He was so helpful, cheerful and the most relaxed driver. He even took the time to come and find me and my son. I had stood at the wrong departure point in Avoriaz.
He checked on everyone throughout the drive and assisted everyone with their bags at the airport. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Just a point to say I received very many emails about the booking.. duplications I hope about 8!!!!
On January 30, 2026, at 4:45 AM, I was dropped off at a parking lot outside Aime La Plagne station in -5°C weather and essentially left stranded. The van driver offered no explanation, and I waited 45 minutes without updates. "Luckily" I was with no kids. I eventually had to contact support myself to find out the bus was delayed, only to later discover it had arrived at a different lot 300m away. The logistics were poorly managed, and the support team's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service. However, I arrived in time at Geneva Airport for my flight (+1 star for the bus driver)
The appointment for the transfert was for 11:00 sharp, the driver arrived at 11:15.
None of the drivers spoke even a little French and it seemed to me that they had little knowledge of the places.Finally the artist told me I think this is where I have to leave you.
I forgot my bag in one of buses. The support team managed to get the bag to Val-Thorens the same day. However, without the priceless efforts of Ella, it would not be possible to get my bag back. Thank you very much.
