PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID this company. I purchased an account for a $39 offer and mistakenly selected CTrader during the order. I haven’t made any trades or logged in, and immediately reached out to support to switch to MT5. They told me it wasn’t possible because MT5 wasn’t in the offer. Two days later, MT5 was suddenly available. I contacted support again to switch, but was denied. I requested an explanation or a refund, and now I keep receiving emails asking if they can assist, but when I respond, it’s always a no. I feel completely cheated!
