I had a very poor experience with Alpine Funded due to platform reliability issues and the way complaints are handled.
During live trading, the MT5 platform repeatedly froze, in some cases for extended periods (up to an hour), making it impossible to manage risk properly. In addition, I observed price movements on the platform that did not reflect the real market, including a sudden XAUUSD spike that was not visible on external charts. This raises serious concerns about data reliability.
When I raised these issues and provided concrete examples, Alpine Funded did not address the platform problems at all. Instead, support responses simply repeated rule text. When that was challenged, the reason for disqualification changed, without engaging with the technical evidence already provided.
What concerns me most is not just the technical instability, but the lack of substantive review when a trader submits detailed complaints. Repeating rules while ignoring documented platform malfunctions does not feel fair or transparent.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Alpine Funded to traders who expect:
a stable trading platform
consistent explanations
serious handling of technical complaints
Alpine Funded did process my payout in the end, and the support team was responsive during communication, which I appreciate.
However, my overall experience was frustrating due to the withdrawal program and how it is marketed.
The “payout every Thursday” feature gives the impression that withdrawals are available on a weekly basis. In reality, all withdrawal requirements must be fulfilled again from scratch for every single payout, including activity days, profit repetitions, and balance conditions. Practically, this means that each withdrawal requires a long period close to a full month, even with the weekly payout add-on.
As a result, the weekly payout add-on only affects the processing day after all conditions are met and does not reduce the real time needed to become eligible for withdrawal. This distinction is not clearly explained and can easily mislead traders’ expectations.
The current withdrawal program consumes a lot of time and effort compared to other prop firms in the market that offer lower prices, clearer withdrawal rules, and faster, more transparent payout processes.
I hope Alpine Funded considers revising and clarifying their withdrawal program, especially the difference between eligibility requirements and payout processing timing, so traders can make informed decisions without unnecessary confusion.
I made multiple payouts with them, and not once did I receive a standard payout. Each time it was a different issue, a new rule, or an excuse, constantly finding ways to avoid paying me in full. From the process to the execution, the service remains consistent and straightforward. The experience has been seamless since the beginning.
I was contacted by a representative promising a 10k account, and after a few initial trades, I saw some gains. However, when I opened a position that seemed favorable, they abruptly closed it, resulting in a 51 euro loss. They claimed I violated their rules, even though I was on track to earn around 150 euros. Their drawdown policy is supposedly capped at 3%, equating to 300 euros, yet they acted unfairly. Who are these people? They seem to be nothing but scammers. I strongly advise against engaging with this service.
This trading firm is among the worst; I strongly advise avoiding them. I attempted to withdraw funds three times, but they always refused to process a regular payout. They kept adding new rules to minimize my payouts, only offering 10% of my earnings despite their claims of a 100% profit share. It’s best to steer clear of them entirely to avoid losing your hard-earned money.
PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID this company. I purchased an account for a $39 offer and mistakenly selected CTrader during the order. I haven’t made any trades or logged in, and immediately reached out to support to switch to MT5. They told me it wasn’t possible because MT5 wasn’t in the offer. Two days later, MT5 was suddenly available. I contacted support again to switch, but was denied. I requested an explanation or a refund, and now I keep receiving emails asking if they can assist, but when I respond, it’s always a no. I feel completely cheated!
During the second phase, I had a €400 daily loss limit and was only around €130 in drawdown, yet my account was deleted! They claimed it was due to 'high risk'—what a joke. This platform is one of the worst experiences I've encountered. I tested their service, and with another broker using the same strategy, my drawdown was perfectly manageable.
This trading firm is a complete scam; I urge you to steer clear of them. I attempted to withdraw funds multiple times, but they never processed a full payout. They continuously added new rules to limit what they paid me, only giving me 10% of my profits, despite their claims of a 100% profit share in their advertising. Protect your hard-earned money and look elsewhere.
I received instant funding for a 10K account and opened a position on XAUUSD. I quickly made a profit of 1100, but suddenly my account was flagged for breaking the 3% daily drawdown rule, even though I still had 800 in profit! They calculate your maximum level based on your balance, including unrealized profits, and from there, they determine drawdown. I regret not paying closer attention to the rules. I’m sharing this to warn others; the conditions are set up for traders to fail. I won’t work with them again due to their poor terms. UPDATE: This dishonest company attempted to remove my review, claiming they had no dealings with me. I provided proof, and my review was reinstated. Stand up against these unscrupulous companies!
