I had a very poor experience with Alpine Funded due to platform reliability issues and the way complaints are handled.
During live trading, the MT5 platform repeatedly froze, in some cases for extended periods (up to an hour), making it impossible to manage risk properly. In addition, I observed price movements on the platform that did not reflect the real market, including a sudden XAUUSD spike that was not visible on external charts. This raises serious concerns about data reliability.
When I raised these issues and provided concrete examples, Alpine Funded did not address the platform problems at all. Instead, support responses simply repeated rule text. When that was challenged, the reason for disqualification changed, without engaging with the technical evidence already provided.
What concerns me most is not just the technical instability, but the lack of substantive review when a trader submits detailed complaints. Repeating rules while ignoring documented platform malfunctions does not feel fair or transparent.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Alpine Funded to traders who expect:
a stable trading platform
consistent explanations
serious handling of technical complaints
