I ordered a hiking bag as a present for my brother's graduation since he is travelling post graduation on a long trip. I ordered the bag 20 days (well above standard delivery times) in advance of the date but it still has not turned up since it has been stuck with your delivery partner for over a week at their depot. Complaints to both Evri and Alipne trek have fallen on deaf ears. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable, and the value of a bag as a useful gift in time for an event is entirely lost (despite us building in a good buffer in case of delays).
