Here is what they don't tell you on the website. If you decide to return an order, it will take two weeks for Royal Mail, the return service they advise you to use, to deliver the package to Aylesbury. It will then sit there for up to 21 days waiting to clear customs. It will then take up to an additional 15 days for the company to process the return and issue your refund. These figures are taken from their correspondence with me.So if you are thinking of ordering something because you want to try it on and are unsure whether you're going to keep it, be prepared not to see your money again for a good six weeks or longer.I will not be ordering from them again.
