Bought a few items, cheaper than in the UK, didn't hear anything for a week, gave them a nudge on a email to see if processed l, recieved a email saying processed and will get tracking from evri (note tracking only drops in when item arrives in the UK) Evri in my area isn't the best but no choice on delivery partner, the amount saved compared to buying in the UK more than compensates the delivery time, when I bought the items they have a guarantee through a scheme called trusted shops which meant in the event non delivery etc I would be covered. I just clicked to say I wanted the cover (it doesnt cost anything)Trustworthy shop, just be aware it can take time to arrive
