I tried reaching the company through WhatsApp, phone support, and a call-back request, but did not receive any assistance during the situation. As a result of the no-show, I had to find an alternative transfer on my own to ensure I arrived on time. Additionally, when a previous flight disruption required a change in my transfer, I reached out to the company for a replacement transfer (even at an extra cost if necessary) but was told they could not assist. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this service for time-sensitive travel where reliable dispatch and responsive support are crucial.
