Terrible!
At first, the minibusses for 30 people, couldn't even fit our luggages, even though we informed them for our athletic equipment. We(ourselves) managed to fit them . We also paid for a stop in a market, that the drivers werent even informed by the company. The drivers then had a racing through the streets with some of them reaching over 160 km/h just for fun. We informed the company, they apologized, and we thought that everything will be ok for the journey back to the airport. But no. The bus the sent to pick us up from Cervinia was "too big" for the roads for the hotel. And they told us that the driver is waiting for us in the terminal in the village. WE WALKED WITH OUR EQUIPMENT AND LUGGAGES FOR 25 MINUTES IN BELLOW 0 C°...and the driver arrived after 10-15 minutes. Then, they had the audacity to answer in our complaints with the epic "it was only 20 minutes walk".

You know how good a company is when you see how they perform when things go wrong, and when you search for a few other reviews as well. The driver went to the airport to pick us up rather than the resort. Mistakes happen and this is a big one with significant consequences. But my review is not about the driver or what many others say about how this company keeps its costs down. My issue is with it being very difficult to get hold of any help. How the driver refused to take calls or respond to massages. How it took over 60 minutes to speak to anyone. How they have offered £8 per person as a good will gesture to compensate the hughe amount of stress caused. How it is clear that they would not have paid for hotel or new flights had we not got the flight. How they only seem to care that we got the flight and not the amount of favours we had to ask for at the airport. When things go wrong, you get to see what a good company and a bad company looks like. If you get a good driver your experience will be great. As you can see from a good number of other reviews, when it goes wrong, it goes very wrong with Alps2Alps. Choose your airport transfers carefully, it could make or break your holiday.

Great communication, knowing they’re on their way gives peace of mind, especially on the airport return. Door to door & on time makes a ski trip so much easier, especially with all the gear.

The trip from Geneva Airport to Meribel was fine. On the way back the driver inexplicably avoided all highways and cut our connection very close. We accidentally left a phone in the car, and though we got photo confirmation from the company they had found it, we are a month on and have yet to see the phone sent to us, after multiple emails and offers to pay for the shipping. Very dissatisfied.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Transfer Service

On November 15th, I arranged a round-trip transfer from the airport to my location for myself and my three children (a young child and a teenager). The return was set for 2:20 PM. At 12:33 PM, I confirmed that everything was fine. At 2:02 PM, I informed them we were ready. I received three messages confirming the 2:20 PM time. However, at 2:30 PM, the driver called to say he was 40 minutes late, meaning he would arrive 50 minutes after the scheduled time. By 2:53 PM, he mentioned there were still 40 minutes to go. I waited until 3:05 PM, which was a full 40 minutes. When I told him I had taken a local taxi, he then claimed he was on his way. Notably, they did not document the delay; this was only communicated via the driver’s phone, leaving no record. Despite my request for written information about the delay, they only responded by phone, citing an accident. However, when I checked the route on a maps app, there was no traffic. I also spoke with a taxi driver coming from the same location who confirmed there were no issues. Ultimately, I had to pay for a local taxi at the last minute, which was four times more expensive than the fare from the service I initially booked. One of the other taxis would have arrived at the same time as the driver and confirmed there was no traffic. Even if there had been delays, a service like this should anticipate such situations. The company refused to issue a refund, even though I didn’t arrive, and their customer service was quite rude in the end.

Disappointing Experience with Airport Transfer

I arranged for an airport transfer from a ski resort to the airport. Unfortunately, the scheduled vehicle never showed up, and there was a lack of effective operational support to address the issue promptly. I tried reaching the company through WhatsApp, phone support, and a call-back request, but did not receive any assistance during the situation. As a result of the no-show, I had to find an alternative transfer on my own to ensure I arrived on time. Additionally, when a previous flight disruption required a change in my transfer, I reached out to the company for a replacement transfer (even at an extra cost if necessary) but was told they could not assist. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this service for time-sensitive travel where reliable dispatch and responsive support are crucial.

First time using a transfer service...

This was my first experience with a transfer service, and I was quite satisfied with the timing and overall service. It surprisingly made my life easier :)

Warning for parents: unsafe child seats and unfulfilled promises

We arranged an airport transfer from a location to our destination. My primary concern before booking was about child car seats, as we were traveling with a young child and prioritize safety. I was assured in writing that a child seat would be provided. However, what we received was unsafe and completely unacceptable. The car seat did not meet safety regulations and was inappropriate for our child's age or size. We found ourselves in a dangerous situation, having to hold our child on our lap due to the seat's inadequacy. This should never happen to any family. My advice to parents is clear: avoid this service if you value child safety.

Outstanding transfer service!

Excellent transfer service! This was our third time with this company, and everything was great as usual :) The vehicle arrived on time, was clean and comfortable. The driver was polite, assisted with our luggage, and the ride was smooth and safe. Highly recommended.

Ski trip transfer

We utilized this transfer service for our ski trip for the first time. The ride through the mountains was smooth, there was ample space for ski gear, and the driver was very professional. It felt safe and well-organized from beginning to end.
