We used this company two months ago and it was an absolute nightmare. We booked a travel package online and paid the required fees. They requested documents, which we provided immediately.Our group included two adults and one child, with one adult holding a Pakistani passport.After a few days, we contacted them only to be told that they had not even started the visa application for the Pakistani passport, claiming we had not sent payment – a blatant lie, as we had paid upon their request. Despite multiple follow-ups, they applied for the visa. One of the adults in our group was unwell, and we informed the company about this. They charged us extra to book better hotels, but without our consent, they gave us downgraded hotels of inferior quality, far from our intended destinations. Rather than refunding us the money for these poor arrangements, they still demanded and took more money from us.The trip was ruined, and the original purpose of the trip could not be fulfilled due to their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disorganization, causing significant financial loss and stress.This company is not just incompetent – they are scammers who deliberately mislead and exploit their clients. If there were a negative star option, we would give them minus five stars. Please do not fall for these 5 stars reviews as these are either done by their friends/ family members or employees.
