⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Umrah Experience with Al Quddus Travels
We recently performed Umrah with Al Quddus Travels, and it was truly the best experience ever for our whole family.
We booked our package through Umar, who guided us sincerely throughout the entire process. His support and clear communication made everything simple and stress-free. During our journey, the services were handled by Suleman and Mansoor, and we are extremely thankful for their professionalism, care, and constant support. They made sure everything was perfectly organized and comfortable for us.
Their customer service expertise and fair deal truly impressed us. There were no hidden charges, and every commitment was fulfilled exactly as promised. We felt valued and well taken care of at every step.
Our entire family is completely satisfied with the services provided. Everything was managed smoothly, allowing us to focus fully on our spiritual journey.
A special highlight was the beautiful date farm and coffee visit, which was such a unique and enjoyable experience for our family. Along with the thoughtful gifts and the delicious Mandi food, these gestures made our journey even more memorable and special.

We used this company two months ago and it was an absolute nightmare. We booked a travel package online and paid the required fees. They requested documents, which we provided immediately.
Our group included two adults and one child, with one adult holding a Pakistani passport.
After a few days, we contacted them only to be told that they had not even started the visa application for the Pakistani passport, claiming we had not sent payment – a blatant lie, as we had paid upon their request. Despite multiple follow-ups, they applied for the visa.
One of the adults in our group was unwell, and we informed the company about this. They charged us extra to book better hotels, but without our consent, they gave us downgraded hotels of inferior quality, far from our intended destinations. Rather than refunding us the money for these poor arrangements, they still demanded and took more money from us.
The trip was ruined, and the original purpose of the trip could not be fulfilled due to their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disorganization, causing significant financial loss and stress.
This company is not just incompetent – they are scammers who deliberately mislead and exploit their clients. If there were a negative star option, we would give them minus five stars.

After making my payment, I noticed a significant decline in service quality. The travel package I purchased was not delivered as described, resulting in a particularly disappointing visit to Medina. To add to my frustrations, my hotel reservation was not processed as agreed upon in my package, and I was pressured to pay extra fees for a closer hotel, or else risk being placed in a location far from the Haram.Furthermore, after making my payment, the company failed to accommodate check-in baggage, which had been previously included in my package. Additionally, there was a mistake with my wife's name on her flight ticket, causing unnecessary complications.Throughout the process, I experienced frequent requests for money transfers, which only compounded my dissatisfaction. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and verify all details thoroughly before booking, as I found the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction lacking. My interactions with their agents, Rimsha and Mansour, were particularly disappointing, as I felt dismissed rather than supported when I raised my concerns.Moreover, I faced issues with their drivers, who often made me wait for extended periods and demonstrated little regard for customer service. The hotel in Medina, for which I paid extra, was not up to standard—being only a one-star establishment with unsafe electrical sockets that posed risks to my children.It is evident to me that the company prioritizes its own interests over those of its customers. Their response to my feedback was disappointing, as they did not accept responsibility or offer an apology.In conclusion, I sincerely urge future travelers to be cautious when considering Al Quddus Travel for their needs. I just want to express how pleased I am with the service provided with this travel agency.For starters, they did the Visa applications for two destination as we opted to do Umrah before going back to our motherland.They sent us the details by email of the whole journey, from the day we exited our house, all the way to the day we re-entered our home back here.Furthermore, the choice of hotels booked was sufficient with our needs (e.g. Needs to be close to X site).The agency they choose to pick us and drive from place to place in Saudi Arabia was also sufficient for the amount of passengers and luggage lugged around.Furthermore, even after Umrah, they kept us updated if our flight was delayed or advanced, which allowed us to travel to the airport in a timely manner.Big thank you for Al Quddus Travels and my agent, Laiba!

Public NoticeI would like to share my recent experience with Al Quddus Travel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, and I felt misled regarding the services I received. After payment, the quality of service declined significantly, and my package was not delivered as described. My visit to Medina was particularly disappointing. I advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly verify all details before booking as this firm cannot be trusted in anyway possible. The agents especially Aresha Younas doesn't know what she is doing and has an extremely bad attitude towards her customers when challenged.This company seems to care about theirselves but not their customers well-being. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and apologizing, they asked me to remove or update my review. I complied with their request and updated it.Furthermore, do not trust their drivers — they make you wait for hours and show no real interest in helping. This company is utterly unprofessional, supporting dishonest drivers without considering the facts.I was dropped off at Medina Airport with my young son, who was unwell at the time, so our attention was focused on him. The driver unloaded our luggage and drove away. We immediately realized that one of our bags was missing, so we contacted the driver right away — he was still nearby. He confirmed that he would pull over, check, and return the bag, saying it was his duty to do so.However, once he found the bag, his attitude completely changed — he demanded payment to bring it back to us. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure all passengers’ belongings are removed before leaving, and other drivers at the scene agreed. Despite this, Aresha Younas sided with the driver and refused to acknowledge our complaint.This company clearly protects dishonest drivers instead of standing by their customers. Truly a crooked firm supporting crooked practices.Furthermore, Mr. Zabair, the Operations Manager, took over my file once the complaint was submitted. Mr. Zabair acknowledged that the issues raised should not have occurred. He originally informed me that the compensation will be deducted from Aresha Younas salary which i thought at the beginning wasn't fair. He informed me that he would provide his WhatsApp details so I could forward all the evidence; however, to this day, I have not received them. When questioned, he stated that Aresha Younas had admitted full responsibility and accepted that she had not provided satisfactory service. This is the reason why he didn't provide them.Mr Zabair tune now has changed when I requested i want to forward my evidence that is now not considered. Aresha Younas evidence has been considered only but not mine. This what you call justice. May Allah SWT give these people the right path.A decision was then made to offer £50 compensation per passenger, totalling £250 for five passengers. However, this compensation was to be issued as vouchers (credit notes). We immediately declined this offer, as we do not intend to use their services again. Our request for cash compensation was denied, which we believe is another way for the company to profit from our inconvenience.We also requested to speak directly with the company’s Director, Mr. Rafique Muhammed, who is also the owner. This request was refused, as we were informed that company policy prohibits members of the public from speaking with him. It is extremely disappointing that the owner is unwilling to engage with customers but is more than willing to take their money. This shows that what the leader is and the team is working under.Based on this experience, I would never recommend or use their services again. If it were possible to give a rating below one star, I certainly would, as they do not deserve any rating at all. Their service is completely unfit for Please disregard the positive ratings, as reviewers are often pressured to revise negative feedback. Many of the favorable reviews appear to be fabricated.
