Public NoticeI would like to share my recent experience with Al Quddus Travel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, and I felt misled regarding the services I received. After payment, the quality of service declined significantly, and my package was not delivered as described. My visit to Medina was particularly disappointing. I advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly verify all details before booking as this firm cannot be trusted in anyway possible. The agents especially Aresha Younas doesn't know what she is doing and has an extremely bad attitude towards her customers when challenged.This company seems to care about theirselves but not their customers well-being. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and apologizing, they asked me to remove or update my review. I complied with their request and updated it.Furthermore, do not trust their drivers — they make you wait for hours and show no real interest in helping. This company is utterly unprofessional, supporting dishonest drivers without considering the facts.I was dropped off at Medina Airport with my young son, who was unwell at the time, so our attention was focused on him. The driver unloaded our luggage and drove away. We immediately realized that one of our bags was missing, so we contacted the driver right away — he was still nearby. He confirmed that he would pull over, check, and return the bag, saying it was his duty to do so.However, once he found the bag, his attitude completely changed — he demanded payment to bring it back to us. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure all passengers’ belongings are removed before leaving, and other drivers at the scene agreed. Despite this, Aresha Younas sided with the driver and refused to acknowledge our complaint.This company clearly protects dishonest drivers instead of standing by their customers. Truly a crooked firm supporting crooked practices.Furthermore, Mr. Zabair, the Operations Manager, took over my file once the complaint was submitted. Mr. Zabair acknowledged that the issues raised should not have occurred. He originally informed me that the compensation will be deducted from Aresha Younas salary which i thought at the beginning wasn't fair. He informed me that he would provide his WhatsApp details so I could forward all the evidence; however, to this day, I have not received them. When questioned, he stated that Aresha Younas had admitted full responsibility and accepted that she had not provided satisfactory service. This is the reason why he didn't provide them.Mr Zabair tune now has changed when I requested i want to forward my evidence that is now not considered. Aresha Younas evidence has been considered only but not mine. This what you call justice. May Allah SWT give these people the right path.A decision was then made to offer £50 compensation per passenger, totalling £250 for five passengers. However, this compensation was to be issued as vouchers (credit notes). We immediately declined this offer, as we do not intend to use their services again. Our request for cash compensation was denied, which we believe is another way for the company to profit from our inconvenience.We also requested to speak directly with the company’s Director, Mr. Rafique Muhammed, who is also the owner. This request was refused, as we were informed that company policy prohibits members of the public from speaking with him. It is extremely disappointing that the owner is unwilling to engage with customers but is more than willing to take their money. This shows that what the leader is and the team is working under.Based on this experience, I would never recommend or use their services again. If it were possible to give a rating below one star, I certainly would, as they do not deserve any rating at all. Their service is completely unfit for Please disregard the positive ratings, as reviewers are often pressured to revise negative feedback. Many of the favorable reviews appear to be fabricated.
