After a brief hold, I learned the binoculars were shipped from the manufacturer, not the company itself, and they were waiting for an update on the delivery date. I decided to wait two days, and just hours later, I received an email confirming they had shipped. I got the binoculars on 12/5/25. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would gladly order from them again.
