I learned that the binoculars are shipped directly from the manufacturer, not the seller, and they were awaiting an update on the delivery. I decided to give them two days to respond. To my surprise, just a few hours later, I received an email confirming that my order had shipped. I received the binoculars on 12/5/25. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely use their service again.
