I had 20 min to take another connection for another Alsa bus (from Santander to Bilbao). The first bus was 20 min late. I asked if the driver could inform his colleague so I don’t miss the connection. The driver said no in a very rude way. I had to wait 2h at the next stop. When the next bus arrived, the driver (another very very very rude one) refused to board me because I didn’t buy a ticket before (I thought I could buy it on board like I did in the first bus). His colleague yelled at me, saying that the bus was full and they just left. I had to wait about 3h in total and I still have a 5h journey. Worst costumer service ever - to avoid at all cost (if you can!).
