Bus from Sevilla to Granada – Not What We Expected

We booked a bus from Sevilla to Granada for three people (two adults and a child) with seats 42, 43, and 44. It was surprising to find that seat 42 was several rows ahead of 43 and 44, leaving one of us separated and the other managing the child alone. The seating arrangement is confusing and seems poorly organized, as if the numbering was done by someone who doesn't know how to count. If you're booking for more than two people, be prepared for a challenge—hopefully, you'll at least be seated somewhat close to each other.

Strange Route Experience

We had a strange experience when the bus took an unexpected route while traveling from one city to another. This detour added an hour to our journey, and it wasn't mentioned anywhere in advance. Additionally, it was difficult to figure out where to catch the buses and which one to board. The drivers seemed uncertain about which buses they were operating.

Disappointed with Service at the Bus Station

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of assistance at the bus station and the overall service. My ticket indicated Bus 1, Seat 9, but no one could guide me to the right platform. I had to ask multiple staff members before I finally got help. Fortunately, I arrived early. Most staff members seemed indifferent to assisting passengers. I booked a ticket expecting Wi-Fi and a toilet, but neither was available. When I inquired with the driver, communication was challenging, and he shrugged off my concerns. I was left confused about the lack of facilities and the overall treatment I received.

Frustrating Transportation Experience

Infestation Issue on the Bus

I encountered a serious issue during my trip with bed bugs. I was bitten multiple times within a few hours. I'm writing this review while still on the bus, having already killed several bugs. My companion has also been bitten on her arms.

Unclear Pickup Location

The pickup location was very unclear. After waiting at the specified spot, the bus departed from a different area. Now I have to wait for two hours for the next bus, and to make matters worse, I was charged for a new ticket. Unbelievable.

Long Wait for a Bus

We were traveling from one city to another, and our scheduled bus did not appear on the information board, causing concern. After waiting over 40 minutes with no sign of the bus, we contacted the company. They informed us that the bus had broken down but would arrive shortly. After a total wait of 1.5 hours, we were told to wait another 30 minutes, but it never arrived. They initially claimed they couldn’t track the bus, then later stated we had just missed it. We ended up waiting seven hours for the next bus, and the company refused to provide new tickets despite the situation being their fault.

Inability to File a Complaint

I couldn't even file a complaint through the website. I had a terrible experience with my bus from one city to another. The bus was not the one I booked, and we nearly missed it due to lack of information. The facilities on the bus were not functioning properly, and upon arrival, one of our bags was stolen. I submitted a claim online, but I have yet to receive a response. This was not the service I expected for the price paid, and I ended up losing valuable belongings.
