I had a trip from Tarragona to Barcelona, so I bought a ticket in ticket machine on auto station. The information in ticket provides me a number of bus and name of the route. To start with this bus was late, something like 10 min, which is not good but I was alright with it. But in the end driver told us that this is the wrong bus, which in fact I believe was lie, as far as information in ticket and information on bus was similar. But in the end he just left us and said to wait for another bus. Fortunately, another bus came but the story repeated again, and driver didn’t want to take us. So I needed to be a little crazy and noisy to get in.The conclusion is, if you have options try to avoid ALSA services because looks like this organization doesn’t care about their customers al all.
