My husband and I used Alsa to travel from Bilbao to Zaragoza in July, 2021 and then from Valencia to Alicante in August, 2021. I must recommend this service to all. Inexpensive means of travel. The company aims to be on schedule and were. The driver was serious and focused. The bus was clean and quiet, with toilet and toilet papper. There is plenty of leg room. And storage for luggage under bus and overhead on the bus. Could not find USB for charging the phones but that was ok. We enjoyed the ride. ;) Masks must be worn through journeys re covoid. The tickets from Bilbao to Zaragoza costed 20.54 euros each, one way. Thank you for your service. Great job you all do! We will be recommending you to others and using your services again. :)
