I used Alsa for my stay in Spain, I took the bus from Malaga airport to Granada and then from Granada back to Malaga airport. The ride was nothing but comfortable, the driver scans your QR code, you put your bags into the bus and that’s it - you get on and sit down, no hassle whatsoever. There are a lot of bad reviews here and there and I believe it may be because of the ‘lack of communication’, as I think people often forget that nobody is obligated to speak your language. The drivers are living in Spain, they will be speaking Spanish, they don’t have to speak English etc.I can promise you (from my experience) - this company IS reliable, the seats are comfortable, and the buses are clean. One thing I will note is that the seat numbering is quite confusing, it spiked my anxiety a little as someone did sit in what was meant to be my seat - All I would say is maybe make the seat numbers more obvious in the future! But no biggy, I arrived in one piece! I wanted to write this review because before I left for my trip I had seen all the bad reviews and honestly I became so nervous! But I just want to say: don’t listen to all the bad reviews and enjoy your trip!
