I've been with Alternaleaf for just over 6 months. I have severe, paralyzing anxiety and ADHD. SSRIs did nothing for me, so I turned to them for licensed THC medicine. The first 3 months were smooth, but then everything fell apart — product quality dropped sharply, and service became a nightmare. The same dose now gives wildly different relief levels, making me think I was getting addicted to THC when it was just their inconsistent batches. I've seen other reviews saying the same about declining quality.

Worst of all: repeat prescriptions are never on time, especially when they fall on weekends or bank holidays. They email about "same-day processing if paid before 15:00," but in my case, the approval/payment link always comes after 15:00, often Monday/Tuesday after a holiday. This leaves me without meds for days.

For me, this means hell. Withdrawals hit after just 24 hours without medication: severe nausea, panic attacks, agitation. Life is now 10x worse than before I started — not because THC doesn't work for me (it does, enough to manage), but because as my supply runs low, I get full-blown panic attacks from fear of withdrawals. I chase them early every time, but no change. I raised this at my quarterly appointment — zero difference.They show zero understanding of withdrawals or patient needs — just policy copy-paste. They have no clue how cold-turkey stopping affects people. Clinicians also seem unqualified: during my quarterly, we trialed gummies (10mg packet, one a day) for travel instead of my usual 900mg vapes (which I finish fast). From 80-90mg/day to 10mg? Of course it runs out early while trialing — common sense, but they punish me with delays.

I came for help with anxiety; now I have routine panic attacks as scripts near end, plus brutal withdrawals I wouldn't wish on anyone. Customer service feels heartless, like high school kids. Hoping higher-ups see this — patients' lives are at stake, not just money.
