Review Time
I’ve been using Alternaleaf now for a few months, the medication helps me greatly.
However, I’ve now come up to my 3rd review. Reviews are every 77 days.
You get a repeat prescription every 28 days. They have told me they follow whatever comes first - So now, my last prescription was sent on the 27/01/26 28 days later is 23rd Feb. I’m not allowed a review till the 27/02, then my prescription could take up to 5 days longer… I kept being told “if you use your medication correctly” - the packs specifically state to use within 30 days. You are leaving a patient without medication. I have been offered a “maybe” could get an emergency prescription but that decision could take 6 days. I’m very confused at what else an emergency prescription would be for? Other than a major error of their own? No sorry? Appalling. I’m dealing with significant health issues and now am being left without medication and without a care from Alternaleaf!
Great consultation with Jack Costello, he was very warm and easy to talk to about my problems. Overall has been a very pleasant experience with Alternaleaf, they have been very fast and communicative in the process.
I'm a first timer i must say it's was a very nice experience. The chemist and the psychiatrist I saw where both extremely good at putting you at your ease.
Once my prescription was ready and paid for it was delivered discreetly in a shoe box size box no one would of had any idea what was in the package, and was delivered next day by 1pm

Switched from another clinic. While the previous service was ok, alternaleaf blows it out the water, better quality product and much faster delivery. After consultations I had my order within 28 hours. For perspective I live roughly 500 miles away at the other end of the country.
I had been buying from here for a few months but now they have a policy of having to have a consultation of $80 to talk about what you want to get (even if it's the same you've been getting for months) they send you the prescription and then you have to have a "follow-up" $49 consultation just so that you can place an order again. On top of the shipping + dispensing fee, it's just a bit ridiculous, hopefully one day they will get a manager that will create policies that actually work in favour of the consumer and not just a money grab policy for no reason....
Everyone I have interacted with at the company has been fantastic. The doctors, consultants, pharmacists, and support staff are truly remarkable. I genuinely couldn't ask for more. Their premium flower selection is likely the finest available. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering joining this movement!
The onboarding process is excellent, making it incredibly easy to utilize the service and access it promptly. The response time to inquiries is also impressive. In contrast to my previous clinic, which was untruthful during multiple phone calls, my experience here has been fantastic, which is a welcome change.
