Staff have always been supportive and friendly during phone conversations. I would definitely recommend them. Flower products have always arrived in perfect condition, however I will not be ordering the oil again as my last order arrived with spillage throughout the packaging, I hadn't realised how bad it was until I opened my drawer and found oil-soaked items everywhere. Even the sticky script labels had come off. Although still completely sealed at the lid, oil continued to leak out of the bottom of the containerl I took pics, sent them and emails to the complaints department at Alternaleaf who forwarded me to UMeds and they refused outright to refund my $125.10. Despite the multiple pics that I sent as proof, I was denied a refund because it had to be returned in its original packaging, which had been oil soaked and I had dispensed off after wiping up the oil left behind. I explained that I had older packaging and asked if I could return the oil in that packaging but was told it HAD to be in the original so unfortunately no refund was possible. I will not order the oil again.
