Order placed ONLINE from my Altex account on 06.01.2026, paid in full by card.By 20.01.2026, nothing had been delivered, no updates, no clear explanation – which is why I requested a refund.The ridiculous part:– zero updates in the account– I had to call almost daily for information– strictly “robotic” responses, no solutions– standard, impersonal emails, no accountability– no one provides a clear timeframe, no one seems responsibleThis is clear proof that a company’s popularity does not automatically increase the quality of its services, and unfortunately, not the human quality of customer interaction either.It’s not just about the money, but also the complete lack of respect for the customer.After this experience, I am deleting my account and will never order from Altex again.They probably won’t go bankrupt.But I spare myself the stress, wasted time, and ridiculous situations.
