Altex, a store where you get ripped off and lied to! It's been three weeks since I refused the order from the carrier (because you, the customer, are not allowed to cancel it within the first minute of placing it), and the Altex phone operator told me that the cancellation can ONLY be done by refusing delivery from the courier, but even now I have not received a refund for the shipping costs, only the value of the item! For two weeks I have been lied to every day on the phone that my money has been refunded, yet Altex refuses to directly confront my bank statement! Shame on you, scammers! Au trecut 3 săptămâni de când am refuzat comanda la curier (căci nu-ți este permis ție, clientule, să o anulezi în primul minut de la plasarea acesteia) iar operatorul Altex mi-a zis că anularea se poate face DOAR prin refuzul primirii de la curier, însă nici până în acest moment nu am primit rambursarea cheltuielilor de transport, ci numai contravaloarea articolului! De 2 săptămâni sunt mințit zi de zi la telefon că banii mi s-au înapoiat, cu toate acestea Altex refuză confruntarea directă a extrasului meu de cont! Rusine, escrocilor!
