I ordered a Bosch vacuum cleaner valued at approximately 2,400 RON. I received a resealed (open-box) product instead of a new one. I called the call center for a week, explaining the issue and requesting the replacement of the resealed vacuum cleaner with a new one, as I had placed the order and paid the full price, not a reduced one as is the case for resealed products. I have received no response, neither by email nor by phone. My request for product replacement has been completely ignored, and the issue remains unresolved.
