Lack of customer interestFrom Altex Romania they show absolute disquiet to their clients. My case is as follows:I've been trying to get in touch with someone from the support group via phone numbers they left or e-mails since I want to order online or pick up a TV that costs 2,200 euros from their shop in Giurgiu as possible because its the closest one from my location because I am from Bulgaria. At first they wanted me to pay via credit card but my credit card limit won't let me pay for it , so i e-mailed them for the 9999999th time if it is possible for them to tell me they have the TV it in stock at Girgiu Altex shop or if it's possible to do the transaction via bank transfer and go get it from their store but I still do not have an answer from them. Contacting them is taking ages ...I strongly recommend the owners of the shop to read the comments! Is that their strategy of work to lose clients and MONEY? FIX UP YOUR SUPPORT AND START TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!SO AS FAR I HAVE THESE PROBLEMS CONTAINING THE STAFF OF THE SHOP AND ITS HARD TO BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONLINE SHOP !! I WANTED TO SPEND 2K EUROS ON THEIR SHOP AND THEY JUST DONT WANT THEMALTEX.RO YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES!
