On the 7th of November I ordered a washing machine. Altex promise is to deliver within 3 working days. After several phone calls during 14 days nothing happened. Promises promises. Altex told me that Nemoexpress has the washing machine and I should call Nemoexpress. This is of course the world upside down. As ifor Altex is not responsible for delivery. In the meantime I refused the washing machine and until today I am waiting to have my money back. They don't even deserve one single star. Worst company ever if it comes to taking responsibility for delivering the goods. I bought a washing machine at Emag. Delivered after 2 days.
