The recent website update is disappointing. How did this get approved? As a loyal customer who has ordered numerous times over the last five years without any issues regarding product quality or delivery, reordering simple items like socks or clothing used to be straightforward: just click on past orders to add them back to the cart. That feature is now entirely missing. They also erased my wishlist with very little notice (only about 4 days to save anything), and I can't recall all the specific sizes and items I had saved. My shopping cart was also wiped out. Browsing has become a hassle... product images for shirts or socks often dominate half the screen (sometimes all of it), making it impossible to view many items simultaneously on desktop. The browser zoom doesn't even help to reduce the size for better visibility. This may function better on mobile or tablet, but it severely hampers the desktop experience where I used to quickly scan through dozens of options. This is a downgrade in every aspect... no real advantages for customers, just a poorly designed interface that increases frustration. Why change what was already working? Perhaps they rushed it to cut costs, but it shows a complete lack of regard for frequent shoppers. I won't be placing many orders (if any) until these issues are resolved... it's nearly impossible now. I hope online sales decline enough to pressure them into reinstating the old site or at least restoring the valuable features.
Suggestion to the company: Consult your loyal customers before implementing major changes, provide adequate notice (more than just a few days) to save wishlists/carts, and actively seek feedback before launching something this disruptive. 2 stars – this change has eroded my trust.
